Designed the process - SOP's, Working Instructions and defined the WOW framework for smooth execution and delivery of clinical trials using Electronic Data Capture . In this role, I was also responsible for recruitment, resource management, appraising performance and guiding professional development of my team of 20+ programmers, data entry staff, data managers and coders. Alongside line management and project management role, I was heavily involved in managing customer relationship, providing inputs into proposals and scope of work, attend customer meetings and led discussions on project requirements and planning during bid-defense meetings. I got certified as Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM) from Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM) and won the Best Data Manager of the year (2010) from Indian Society for Clinical Research (ISCR).
