  * Review the Job Description on IQNavigator and focusing on the requirement of job & location of the job i.e role is onsite/hybrid/remote and prepare JD for the candidates accordingly on outlook email. * Knowledge of sourcing the candidates for the given job on the job portals like CEIPAL (Monster/CB), Zip recruiter & Linked In. *knowledge of searching the candidates using Boolean string/power search focusing on the skills required for the job. * Sourcing, Negotiate Rates, Qualifying the candidates i.e Review the Resume of candidates and ask if there will be any year gap and also clarify about their education background location and other things which candidates have already mentioned in resume. * Knowledge of different time zones in United states i.e PST/MST/CST/EST. * Knowledge of MS word to format the resume of candidates and make resume suitable for submission. *Knowledge of markup/Non markup clients and negotiate rates with candidate accordingly. *Knowledge of submitting the candidates on portal (IQNavigator). *Communication skills.
