Job proposeLead corrosion engineer team to create and improve the Asset integrity system. Communicate material and corrosion knowledge with production maintenance and technology to improve integrity sustainability. Manage and drive various professions to achieve the target of Integrity Company with high effectiveness. Principal Accountabilities· Specify the target of corrosion engineers that concern Reliability and Asset integrity management.· Human and resource management to achieve company targets. · Establish plans to achieve reliability and integrity targets. · Establish training road map of corrosion engineer · Resource planning to serve the workload. · Review any information is issued by corrosion engineer teams. (Testing report, Failure investigation report)· Advise and verify failure assessment (RBI, Asset Integrity Assessment process).· Advise and analyze in metallurgical failure. And recommend a proper solution that concerns mechanical integrity.· In case of critical failure, - Guideline any possible cause of failure. - Assess the consequence of failure. - Recommend activity to restore/retain the asset. - Perform further failure investigation process. · Lookup, integrate, review and update any mechanical integrity code/standard to apply in company procedure.· Advice proper material when process modify. · Compare material when any parts of an asset are considered to replace. · Identify Integrity operating window · Perform Fitness for service Level 1, 2 (API 579), when the asset fails from assessment by ASME code. · Establish workflow/procedure/criteria for heater tube life assessment.
