During my most recent tenure as Head of Department of Social Studies, I created and proposed various activities for teacher training, assuring department continuation and enhancement. I also evaluated peer performance; identified areas of improvement and developed appropriate strategies. I led overall development and implementation of projection and curriculum maps for my department. Maintaining and updating department records, including staff files, lesson plans, and program evaluations in accordance with school procedures was an additional responsibility of mine. During my tenure as Program Coordinator and Country Coordinator for Egypt & Facilitator TBI, my primary job role was to spearhead overall education related operations including the expansion of foundation in Egypt. I designed and implemented TBI’s country strategy through regular monitoring and reporting. I fostered professional relations with the Ministry of Education, Al Azhar, and other education related institutions to ensure transparency in communication of information.
