      I was brought on to manage a 3rd party vendor to design, build, test, pilot and roll out a Windows 10 1903 SOE across Australia besides managing other cybersecurity initiatives across the organisation.       As the Technical Project Manager was responsible for the Design & Build phase of the project and led a team of BAs through the Discovery, Analysis, Design and Build phase of the project. Project: -- One Print Project – Part of the One TAFE Modernisation Program the One Print project’s objective was to replace the current local branch office printing with an Enterprise level Print Architecture hosted in a Private Cloud. Retired existing (15) incumbent print suppliers with one supplier, rationalised the current 3500 printer fleet to 1800 Multi-functional printers and enabled a payment capability through WestPac to charge students for impressions (print & copy) Achievement – Designed over 150 functions and processes to support the deployment of printers across NSW. Worked with the Test team to design more than 300 test cases. Numerous PoCs were designed and carried out to ensure that all business applications would be able to print using the new Follow Me Print technology. Designed and implemented layers of security around the Print services to adhere to NSW Legislations and NSW Police requirements. Designed and implemented Hybrid Architecture of Centralized and local printing to reduce latency and enhance BCP. Delivered an elaborate DR test to prove to the Department of Education that the campuses would not lose printing capability even in the wake of a disaster. Show less

The goal was to improve the overall security posture through implementation of enterprise wide security tools to secure (1) EUC SOE, (2) email traffic, (3) web traffic, (4) network traffic (east – west bound). Existing Windows 7 SOE was sunset by a more secure Windows 10. Mimecast was implemented to safeguard emails traffic and provided significant protection against virus, phishing attacks, and malware. zScaler ZIA was implemented to secure web traffic. DITNO solution was incorporated to deliver virtual network segmentation and security zones (DMZ, Printers, PCI zone, VOIP, DEV, Security cameras, Guest Wifi, By-departments) to reduce risk of network breach. Sophos Intercept X was deployed as EDR tool. Sophos DLP was implemented for data classification, labeling and Rights Management Service. -- Roll out of Meraki Wireless Access Points (WAP) – Discovery phase included both Predictive and Active site survey using Ekahau tool to identify weak Wi-Fi signal spots. Managed end to end procurement of Meraki WAP devices, oversaw the design document detailing existing and prospective WAP points maintaining the office aesthetics. Show less
