Team Management  Validation of expenditure bills of the Acquisition & Project team and take corrective steps for cost control.  Responsible for vendor’s quality of work and their timely payment.  Timely Invoice submission in Telco’s and payment follow up.  Timely review of the business flow with team and strategy to develop the existing business and to manage revenue and expenditure.
