Works closely with the IT Manager , Solutions Specialist ,Project Manager and others to design and implement the best possible automated solution within the constraints of the tools available. Responsible for planning, tracking and managing the process related activities. Work with the business to understand and elicit the business requirement and develop the Business Requirement Specification. Research, propose and implement the best viable and sustainable solutions inline with the company Strategy, and Engen policies and governance. Compile business cases and manage them until ISIC(IS Investment committee) approval. Understand and manage the scope of the projects. Manage implementation of some projects/work orders where project managers cannot be assigned because of the size of the project. Obtain consensus on scope where requirements are extracted from multiple departments /divisions through various engagement with Business (Facilitate JAD sessions) .Work with the Solution Analyst to make sure that the System/Solution/Technical Spec is in line with the requirements. Model and maintain all business processes within a defined process governance structure. Work with the project manager to develop the Project Definition Report.
