  •By using SDD and pathfinder re-flashing Infotainment ECU modules to its latest levels software remotely on production vehicles.•Being a part of Global Diagnostics Service (GDS) team, I closely work with dealers discussing diagnostics error codes and guiding them to recover the NGI module remotely and documenting the issue with relevant information.•Investigate the module failure using DLT, CAN data, feedback files and create a failure report for future analysis/reference.•Plan and create the validation test cases for IMC and ISC when required.•Expertise in recovering Voice, Navigation, Radio and Live/Web browser issues in the JLR vehicles, using LINUX programming.•Support component owner (NGI) in solving DTCs using appropriate diagnostic tool.•Rectify the vehicle and component system level failures using Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) documents.•Create and maintain project documentations and reporting to project manager on weekly bases.• Flashing NGI modules via SOTA and rectifying the DTCs.
