  AKSI BERGIZI is a package of innovative gender-responsive nutrition education modules and tools to promote interactive learning on healthy eating and physical activity. It is adolescent nutririon intervention model pioneered by UNICEF Indonesia which hire implementing partner SEAMEO-RECFON, an international organisation that focusing on food and nutrition. Field facilitator play roles in conducting routine monitoring and evaluation at school level in implementation of 3 Aksi Bergizi components : breakfast together with supply, distribution and consumption of IFA tablet; implementation of Aksi Bergizi learning sessions; and SBCC (Social Behavioural Change and Communication activities). Working closely and provide routine reports to field coordinator around issues and challenges faced at school. Conduct coordination with Puskesmas and relevant district governments. Conduct and facilitate students in terms of out of school activities related Aksi Bergizi. Conduct the survey on readiness and prepare a report of the results to schools participating in Aksi Bergizi. Show less

  Pencerah Nusantara is a team-based health collaboration program held by President Special Envoy for Millenium Development Goals (KUKPRI MDGs) that was transformed to be Center for Indonesia's Strategic Development Initiatives (CISDI), assignment at Seget District, Sorong regency, West Papua. This program, aimed for strengthening primary health care by placing young professional team (health related and/or health enthusiast) in perifer Indonesia. As public health in team-based collaboration, we're conducting analytical and synthesis of public health problem with the team so can prioritize to resolve. Arrange, manage, and evaluate the public health program. Identify the social-health determinant to provide appropriate health service and or activities. Approach the society element e.g. community leader, cadres, other stakeholder related to make health profile and maintain the community building program.
