- Following HSE standard procedures in CCR operation and monitoring to achieve & maintain target of plant availability, capability & efficiency.- Preparing for unit start-up and shutdown which consist of operation of main & auxiliary cooling water system, close cycle cooling water system, compressed air system, turbine & generator lube oil system, generator seal oil system, hydraulic & control oil system, generator cooling and gas control system, chemical injection system, condensate & feed water system, air and gas system, fuel system either from manual or automatic base on system operation sequence.- Responsible for the efficient operation of boiler, steam turbine generator, water treatment plant (ultrafiltration, desalination, reverse osmosis), chlorination plant, cooling water system, compressed air system, firefighting, sea water intake, emergency diesel generator etc. while ensuring environmental compliance.- Based on demand of the power grid, control and manage the energy dispatch levels, including frequency excursions and reactive power demand (Mvar) within technical limits.- Respond to any alarm, event or accident quickly in order to minimize the impact on the unit and to prevent the spread of damage.- As an authorized person (AP), responsible to carry out safety precautions including safe isolation & restoration of mechanical plant & apparatus (LV, MV, HV switchgear)- Communication and or coordination with the Plant Operator, Water Treatment & Waste Water Treatment Operators, Coal Handling Operators, Maintenance staff, Chemist Station staff to ensure cooperation for all operation activities including for periodic switching/confirmation tests, if any .- Perform equipment routine maintenance test as weekly or monthly basis i.e. pump interlock test, valve test etc.- Preparation and periodical review of Standard Operation Procedures for system and or Unit operations.

Plant Operator

* Perform local operation and monitoring following safety and standard procedure of the system or equipment* Supporting commissioning process of Boiler, Turbine & Generator, BOP system, auxiliary boiler and their auxiliaries. Familiar with commissioning stage of several equipment i.e. pump, fan, blower etc.* Perform field preparation for unit start-up i.e. condensate clean up, vacuum up, LP&HP clean up, boiler cold & hot clean up, boiler light off until normal operation of the unit.* Operation of BOP system ( WTP, WWTP, Chlorine, ammonia removal plant for supporting main unit operation.* Operation of field equipment base on CCR operator requirement i.e. pump, valve, damper etc.* Perform routine equipment change over (pump, filter, heat exchanger, etc.), filter cleaning/backwashing, oil filling, etc* hand over system and or equipment for maintenance purposes following LOTO procedure starting from electrical > mechanical isolation & mechanical > electrical restoration of the system.* perform daily check sheet and monitoring of local parameter of boiler, turbine & generator, and BOP system as per rotational schedule.* Actively develop and review Work Instructions related to water and waste water treatment system.

Operation Engineer

*CNG Production 3 MMSCF/Day* • Carry out various analysis of the purification process of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). Analizing specification and efficiency of various CNG equipment ie: Gas Liquid Cyclone, Gas Dryer, Compressor, Pressure Vessel (Storage), etc for best plant processes. • Control all process parameter of all equipment before operating i.e : Gas Dryer (Operating pressure and temperature, regenerating pressure and temperature, dewpoint, desiccant quantity, drying time etc), Natural Gas Compressor ( Capacity, Pressure & Temperature, running hours etc) • Actively involved in preparation and applied standard procedure for CNG processing.
