Puja was my boss for 6 months in Trainers' House's Oulu office. Puja was an excellent boss as he treated everyone as equal and was always there for whatever the problem or situation. Puja had a huge part in making the culture of a new office in Oulu (established in May 2016) as great as it is today. Puja's way of managing is inspiring and really encourages every person to do their best. Puja wasn't afraid to give responsibility to those who showed to deserve it through their actions. Therefore, I can highly recommend Puja for any leadership position that requires motivating and inspiring employees.
