Puja’s problem-solving skills are out of this world. When everyone thinks it’s the end of the world as we know it, she analyses the problem and helps the team to come up with viable solutions. I was always impressed by her to effortlessly deal with even the most difficult people. While other consulting professionals need years to develop that ability, to her it was perfectly natural from the beginning. I admire how Puja establishes authority gets people on board with her new ideas in meetings, even if the other team members were initially on a completely different page. During my career I’ve rarely came across real professionals like Puja. Only a few fortunate people have the pleasure to work with someone ‘Ridiculously efficient’ like Puja. I’ve learned so much from working with her, she helped me to become a better professional. I’ve never seen anyone before handing multiple projects like her. She made a huge increase in the productivity level all across the whole company. ‘Genuine expert’ is the phrase that pops into my mind when I think about Puja. Since she left, the office events are not the same, we still miss her presence! She always had a good word for everyone and she made our world – in the office – a better place. She made sure everyone left with a smile or Snacks from our weekly staff meetings. No matter how intense a meeting was, Puja always made sure at the end everyone was hyped. She knew how to motivate a team! I believe any employee would be happy to have Puja as their manager. She was one of the greatest assets of our team and I am sure she will thrive at the next company. Puja would be a great fit to any IT or Non-IT company. Puja earns my highest recommendation not just as a thoughtful leader but as a team player as well.
