I met Pui Mun when I had the pleasure of hosting a showroom tour for the guests at ECO Group. We reconnected when I had the honor to have her as a guest speaker for NECOLE's Special Edition Tech Talk Friday virtual private event entitled "Leverage Tech For A Better Customer Experience," along with other speakers from Beverly Group, Superdough, and AiHouse. It was incredible to hear her sharing her experience, expertise, and knowledge on how her solutions, i.e., Speedbrick, a construction management app, help contractors to digitize their businesses. In addition, it is impressive to see how she combined her expertise in construction, law, and technology and built Speedbrick. She is among the most humble, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth guest speakers I've ever met. I've loved my experience working with Pui Mun. So, if you're considering working with Pui Mun as a business partner or solution provider, I couldn't recommend the experience more highly.

Speedbrick helps contractors go digital with easy to use software trusted by 71 year old uncle. Speedbrick was started because I have personally experienced the pain manual work in the construction industry. I believe everyone in the industry, deserve to have a digital assistant to help them to get things done faster, and better. Currently, Speedbrick Construction Management App manages: 🔥- procurement / site inventory 🔥- subcontractors progress payment (including set-off and VOs) 🔥- incoming payment I am proud to say that, we have successfully help our clients to make additional 3.6% profit by digitally monitoring their cash flow, per project basis. Speedbrick Analytics Dashboard 📈 🔥 One glance to see how you collect and spend money per project basis 🔥 See how you spent your project money 🔥 Drill down into automated reports with just one click 🔥 100% accurate Speedbrick is unique as we are site people, we understand how site operate. It is loved by site personnel. Speedbrick had served over RM15billions projects value with its oldest users at the age of 71. Show less

Thank you! I received overwhelmed personal messages on how I became FCIArb. Generally, many asked 2 questions: 1. How did I managed to be a fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators 2. Why bother when I am in the construction software business? I joined the Accelerated Route To Fellowship - International Arbitration course organised by CIArb Malaysia Branch. It was 5 days of intensive exams. If you are considering to be a fellow, the next course is in December 2020 in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommend for professionals with experience in arbitration. Do let me know if you need some tips! Secondly, law is in every part of a construction project's lifecycle. When disputes happen, parties will enter into dispute resolution. One option is arbitration. Technology can enhance parties' relationships, reducing miscommunication, and ensuring contract obligations are performed. Technology can help in reducing disputes. Really. For example, Speedbrick has a contract management module that helps contractors stay within its contractual obligations. Our clients can easily track their contractual obligations at a glance. We can only do so with our domain knowledge in construction, law and technology. #speedbrick # #contractors # #construction #contech #law Show less
