YOU WOULD BE NUTS NOT TO HIRE PUCK To survive and thrive in big brand agencies, you learn to spot talent wherever you can. In three years of working client-side with Shell, I have found Puck to be one of the smartest, lean forward and a get it done stalwarts on which team success depends. Adept and charming at managing agencies, "Dutch" but charming in communication, buttoned down on detail and project management, and just no nonsense smart when it comes to spotting and directing creative and calling out the stuff that doesn't work Puck is the all-rounder that's all too rare. Without Puck, I would have achieved little and delivered less. I'm happy to hear from anyone who is thinking of hiring her but seeks further ammunition why that would be a smart thing to do.
