This is backed by an extensive knowledge of paradigms, methods, patterns and tools. Pranav joined the Mad Max character mechcanics team first as a consultant, which then turned into an employment. His versatility and adaptability brought him down the road of doing a variety of things between AI locomotion planning improvements, animation exporter updates, animation behavior scripting, and procedural footstep analysis to name a few. In addition to completing any task assigned to him, on his own initiative he helped improve the workflow of his coworkers; as an example he wrote a guide for how to install & customize CTAGS for some of our IDEs in our development environment; which significantly improved the efficiency in a bottleneck area. Also impressive is his skills in handling the VS debugger; ex. writing efficient conditional breakpoints to simplify the highly complex data traffic that can be happening in open world games. To top things off, Pranav is a very friendly & professional person.
