Paul introduced our team to working with Scrum, Agile and moreover working with Devops. Our first major project using this new methodology was a great success and allowed us to work in a much more planned and orderly way than we had been doing. Paul is forward thinking and open to new possibilities while also being pragmatic and structured in his approach to problem solving I hope to work with him again in the future.

Mark Wheatley

Paul is a very talented development manager whose focus on maintaining team wellbeing has allowed him to deliver quality projects in the most difficult and complex development environments. Paul has been involved deeply in most of our successful WOW / process-improvements over the past few years and carries with him a wealth of experience in improving agile engineering setups. His ability to hire the best people who also have the right cultural fit has enabled us to improve our organisational velocity in key areas. Strongly recommended!
