  In 2010 I hopped on the start-up rollercoaster of Frozz. And since we have been building the best, largest and NL’s 1st frozen yoghurt brand!I joined Frozz as one of the first employees. The best part about it is that you can really make an impact and lay down the groundwork. When I started, my job was basically: everything that had to be done! Which was a very broad variety between opening new stores, writing the employee handbook, building the operation processes in stores, buying and HR.Over the years my role has changed several times. I started out in the operations corner managing own and franchise stores. I gained a lot of operations knowledge which I used to connect the different areas of expertise within Frozz to the floor. Then I started focusing on new concepts and product innovation – which I loved to do! Nowadays I am managing the key-accounts and business development. In a company like this everyone is in sales and always looking for opportunities. Frozz has reached a nationwide multi-channel footprint (15 shops in retail, 700+ points of sale in out-of-home and supermarkets) and partnerships/collaborations with De Bijenkorf, HMS Host (Schiphol), Sodexo, Albert Heijn to go and KLM.
