The project involved VIP movements in both cities from cricketers like Zaheer Khan to Sports Minister for Telangana Srinivas Goud. 2) D E Shaw & Co, Hyderabad- D E Shaw & Co Annual Party, the legendary DESIS party was conceptualized, planned and executed in under 12 hours which included 98 feet stage with 30 feet clear height, 5 installations with a minimum size of 20 feet and an exclusive outdoor lounge area for the senior management of D E Shaw & Co. 1) ShowBoat organized one of the largest public events last year with DVV productions and Pen studios, launch event of the movie "RRR" by SS Rajamouli. I got the privilege to be part of this project as it was my first assignment with ShowBoat. I was given the task of co-ordination between all teams, sourcing, backstage management and artist management on ground. Arranged logistics, f&b and vanity vans for the dance troupes and celebrities who were part of the movie and assisted Siddharth Sinha who was the Project Head in my best capacity.2) Tim Paris Event was conducted in the month of April 2022 between 9th April and 17th April. We launched a contemporary menswear brand in Gujarat. Our company is handling the complete advertising, marketing, PR, content activities and our strongest forte events for this new upcoming growing brand. I was wholly responsible in delivering the production of three events that happened in the span for three days in Ahmedabad i.e press conference, gala dinner and store launch.3) Completed Khelo India Youth Games as Functional Area Head for the design department. I was managing a team of various design agencies and 5 on-site designers, who were responsible in delivering design for branding, Invitations and Collateral, Sports Presentation. The magnimity of work was very large and the duration of time to deliver all the materials were quite less. But with great teamwork and dedication me and my team delivered. Show less
