I worked with Prudence at Tetra Tech, Inc., and supported her during regular breaks, or planned absences, for phone coverage. When I walked through the door for the initial interview, she was very obligatory and approachable, and in fact – we ‘clicked’ right away. Anyone who makes contact with her will see that she is superb at frontline customer management both in person, with electronic and hands-on telephony systems. She is very calming, professional, and a quick learner on assignments she is handed and always asks for clarification when applicable. I highly recommend her long-term services for your company, as she is insurmountably loyal, dedicated, and is a delightful personality. She remains very calm within frantic environments and multiple consecutive requests; and I personally experienced her as a very knowledgably, patient teacher with telephone training, familiarity with policy and procedures, and just an overall competent presence as a first impression for your company. She is a clear, concise communicator, and handles customer conflict with ease, without making judgment reactions, and gets them to the right senior manager very timely for their resolutions. She has over 12 years of consistent experience with one employer which demonstrates her loyalty and ‘stick-to-it-ness’ for doing her job very well.
