Paul is an incredible leader. He approaches each project and person with thoughtfulness and care. Paul takes the time to get to know you, your strengths, and your goals. It is a rare thing to have a leader who has time to consider you and your development. I have truly loved reporting to Paul. It has been amazing to work in a healthy, considerate, and collaborative environment to which he took the time to cultivate. Anyone who works with or reports to Paul is very lucky and truly in good hands. I have learned so much from Paul and am so happy I have gotten to know him. You will too.

Paul and I worked on a couple of global projects that integrated best Organization Development practices into Wrigley ERP system. Throughout over a year of our close cooperation, Paul consistently demonstrated a perfect blend of professional competence and cheerful enthusiasm.
