I worked with Alfonso while managing the largest services team within Responsys pre-acquisition. He was responsible for many tasks within the services organization and specifically partnered with me on several business matters. In the end, our task was to find the best way to maximize our margins while maintaining the highest service quality. Alfonso always brought his best foot forward and made several suggestions on managing the business in different ways. His ideas offered a fresh way to look at the business and were always welcome. His professionalism and knowledge are top tier and I enjoyed the time we worked together.
