Always a leader and innovator!

I met Don in 2008 while I worked for Bob DeZinno, interim President of CT Restaurant Association. I'd done the DISC assessment survey in '92 while taking Walt Disney World's customer service training called "Traditions". I did not value the DISC results as much in the 90's as I do now. We are all fortunate that Don is accessible & resides / works near us in CT. He's traveled the World conducting his training. I am grateful that Don agreed to be a guest speaker at Winvian's Monthly Break Fast & Business last week. Don, you're very gracious with people. My 'take away' from Don is to build upon our strengths vs. feverishly trying to improve upon our weaknesses. Ah....the relief!
