The International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM) is a non-profit organization founded by three esteemed institutions with the purpose to transform health care systems worldwide by measuring and reporting patient outcomes in a standardized way. Prof. Sullivan served on the Localized Prostate Cancer Working Group, and currently serves on its Steering Committee. He has contibuted as a speaker at the annual meeting in Harvard Business School, November 2014.

During this time I served as PI on an NIH Grant (Principal Investigator, NCI Contract NO-S-81003-09) Valued at $2.3M per year (1997-2005), total accrued value $18.4. The contract grant allowed for the recruitment and managment of skilled personnel in Radiation Oncology to work at the NCI, Bethesda Naval Hospital and Walter Reed Army Medical Clinic. THe contract reverted to Ms. Betty Camceron on my departure in 2005.
