I worked under Rekha ma'm during my internship, when she acted as my faculty guide. Never seen a person with such a calm and rich outlook towards life in general and her subject in particular. I am so inspired and interested by her thoughts towards marketing that today I am looking forward to build a full fledged career in it. Great regards and hopes for a long and fulfilling life for her. Thank you Ma'm for being there.

      1. Conceptualized and Developed a Post graduate program for industry competency & national growth. As a core committee member, designed a new conceptualized program namely, ‘Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM)’, equivalent to ‘Master of Business Administration’ (MBA), in 1993. For more than three decades, this program has also been a major revenue source for the institute. It has been very successful since its inception in 1994 and has built a distinct image for the institute. It has generated managerial level employment at national & international level. 2. Member on Post graduate program (PGP) committee for more than ten years. Based on the focused relevant data analysis on continuous basis as change management, the committee looked into operational aspects of all diploma programs run by the institute, such as Program curriculum review, new areas of applied research, performance measurement of students, introduction or deletion of new courses in various programs as per industry need. I had played a lead role in change management. The change in structure of the program, courses, its contents, assessment, and addition of new programs were initiated. Which also resulted in profits for the institute and better placements / job opportunities for the students in the industry. Show less
