I first met Professor Keh when I was taking his summer unit (MKF3301 'Services Marketing') at Monash University. I was deeply impressed by how knowledgeable he was about marketing. Importantly, he helped us to easily understand theoretical concepts and illustrated them using real-life examples. It was very helpful for undergraduate students like me to quickly and easily understand the complex theories. Also, Professor Keh was always very passionate about the things he taught, and always encouraged us to ask him questions (face to face or via email) and to seek help. He was humble, hard-working, confident and always well prepared. It was he who inspired me to work harder and to discover more about marketing. He was not only a great Professor but also a wonderful role model for students.

Professor Keh is highly insightful in the field of marketing. No nonsense, and a true professional, he has a genuine interest not only in the academic aspect of his work but is also vested in the well-being of his students. His expertise lies in services marketing, of which he has found an effective way of communicating complex theories in a simplified manner to the classroom. He also adds a personal touch by making a genuine effort to remember the name of every student in his class. I would highly recommend academics and students alike to take full advantage of their time with Professor Keh. Come prepared and be ready for a stimulating conversation. Thank you, Professor Keh, for your invaluable contribution towards Monash University.
