I was invited at BIT Sindri in 2001 as key note speaker , I was first introduced to Dr Ghanshyam by then Director BIT. Dr Ghanshyam was young , full of energy and aspirations, a PhD from IIT, managing complex socio cultural diversity of students groups of BIT, with not so good infrastructure and supports. I meet again with him , in 2007-8, when I was invited by BIT for an induction training sessions of recently joined facilities. I found him a complete , confident Teacher, very clear about the industry expectations and his role as teacher of technical education. Seen him delivering a lecture on Polymer, very impressed. rightly given him responsibility of placement cell . My third interaction was in 2017 , when I was invited as Speaker at Skill development center of Tara Institute if Social Sciences , He was incharge Placement and BIT students were getting benefit of his Mentorship and his industry connect for all time high placement records. I started following him from 2020, he knows placement, He knows how to change career graph of students, he and his team makes all BIT Sindri alumni proud when they see the new placement records every year.
