  My responsibilities included teaching UG and PG students of LSU in selected courses related to medicinal and aromatic plants, bioactive compounds, phytomedicines and their applications by using in vivo and in vitro models towards human welfare. Apart from classroom lectures and laboratory experiments, several online lectures were there which were digitized for future use. I had travelled widely across the US including Alabama, Alcorn, Florida, New Orleans, Texas, Atlanta, Washington and Burlington for delivering Fulbright lectures as well as to attend seminar. I shared the lab of Professor David H. Picha while getting him as my faculty associate during my stay at the LSU. Show less

I worked with Dr Gary Dobson to search bioactive compounds from turmeric, fenugreek and several other seed spices(with the help of GC-MS, LC-MS and Solid Phase Micro Extraction).
