Being a good consultant is a lot more than just being able to develop things. Akila has really grasped the consultant mentality. She knows how to talk to people, she is kind, inspiring and very supportive. On top of that she is also very quick to develop functionality. There is just something about Akila that really gives those vibes of being a natural when it comes to mentoring. I highly recommend Akila for positions involving lead and mentoring roles.
