Leicester, United Kingdom As Solutions Manager for the enterprise sales team, along with a team of solutions consultants I acted as solution architect, bringing together the various aspects of a solution; LAN. With a considerable technical background in networking technology, my role was to take an overarching view of any opportunity, evaluate the products and services that best suit the customer, and ensure that the solution proposed matches the customers needs, and is within the capabilities of the business to deliver. During my time at Kcom I was instrumental in some of the earliest opportunities to position the then very new Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution platform as pre-sales solution architect and design authority.
