  Project: Bringing the Common Ground Approach to Social Media users via Chatbot engagement. Identify conversation flows and develop scripts for the chatbot prototype in order to pilot it in at least three countries. Expected tasks: - Working closely with the chatbot developer, follow their guidance and steps in ideating, prototyping, testing the prototype and adapting the content based on user insights. - Developing the full script for the Chabot including the creation of infographics and audio-visual content to strengthen user engagement & learning. - Providing strategic input on the digital marketing approaches that can be utilized for the campaign to pilot and then launch the chatbot in several English-speaking countries around the world. The focus will be to spark social media user engagement and sign-up to the chatbot. - With guidance from the chatbot developer and the Search team, developing indicators to evaluate the chatbot and provide support to developing an evaluation plan. - Collaborating closely with advisors within Search Sri Lanka and elsewhere, throughout the process of producing the chatbot.
