I interned under Advocate Pramod Kumar Dubey, who practises in High Court of Delhi and also the District Couts of Delhi including the District Courts at Tis Hazari, Karkardooma, Patiala House, Saket, among others. My responsibilities included the observation of court proceedings and research & analysis of the the provisions of law and facts of different cases. The job was really interesting and worth-learning. During my three weeks internship programme at National Legal Services Authority, I visited and observed proceedings at various District Courts in Delhi where NALSA was engaged in helping people who could not afford legal service. I also visited and attended Workshop Sessions at various Police Stations, Old Age Homes and even Juvenile Justice Board for understanding various sections of the society.
