I worked on the SyCRP protein of Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803, utilizing a range of techniques including cloning, protein expression, and purification in both E. coli strains and Synechocystis. Additionally, I investigated the in-silico interactions of the SyCRP protein with various proteins and ligands through the implementation of docking and MD simulations.
