  Undertook project titled ‘Development of high strength mortar with alternate bond system , Performed manufacturing of different types of mortar material and evaluated MOR and CCS value.Usually clay and calcine aggregate used as binder material in building construction and industries. But the modulus of rupture (MOR) and cold crushing strength (CCS) value of these binder materials is not up to the mark or we can say that values are not desire as customer wants. So in this project we are using high quantity alumina mortar with some aggregate like iron, calcine and many other materials to improve its strength. If cold crushing value will be increased so we can use these mortar in high temperature furnace, kiln and in many other fields. Show less
