Screen the candidates to check their Technical knowledge, Project Experience, Communication skills, CTC, Notice period, Interview availability, Academic credential and related Details.7. Negotiate/convince the candidate with regards to salary, relocation and related issues in coordination with the Client.Act as a bridge between the clients and the candidates:1. Responsible for initial level of telephonic screening.2. Organize online tests for prospective candidates.3. Scheduling interviews.4. Documentation.5.
