I worked closely with Priyanka when she was the second level support for one of the treasury applications QRM (Quantitative Risk Management). Whenever there was problem that Operations team could not resolve, Priyanka immediately jumped to the issue and always helped resolve the problem quickly. Priyanka has deep knowledge on QRM as a developer. She not only helped fix the production issues but also actively transferred her knowledge to the Operations team, which greatly increased the Operations team’s skill level and effectively shortened the time required to resolve most production issues. Priyanka successfully delivered a comprehensive knowledge sharing session on QRM to more than 15 people during which I got a clearer big picture despite having supported the application for quite a long time. I had to call Priyanka from time to time on the weekend when I needed her help. There wasn’t a single time she couldn’t fix the problem for me. Most importantly, she was extremely responsible and would stay online for a few hours if she had to. I really enjoyed working with her and always felt relieved when she was around. All in all, Priyanka is a trustworthy, skilful, and responsible IT professional I would recommend to anyone.
