  Delivering duties as POC for employees of 18+ branches PAN India. Conducting selection interviews, salary negotiations, preparing JD & selection of CV’s in consultation with heads of functional & operational areas. Disciplinary, Induction Policy, working closely with top-level management to review HR strategies and implementing the same. Ensuring on-time completion of joining formalities including issuing offer letters, on boarding, code generation, induction training, and so on of the new joiners. Administrating complete exit and termination formalities such as, exit interview, salary clearance, issuing experience letters. Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
