  Working with Audio Transcription projects helped the new trainee in their voice modulation and put the accent, give training of Soft Skill & Personality Development. My main aim as an English language trainer is to nurture the trainees' interest in the English language - not just because it is a professional requirement, but because it is a rich and dynamic language. Improving their grammar, vocabulary and sentence structures is of utmost importance for me.   I coached individual trainees at the institute (group as well as one-on-one) and trained at various corporate. My job included not only delivery, but designing the lesson plans for each session. These sessions were based on the Inlingua methodology. The 32 to 62 hour training workshops included making detailed feed-backs and certificates which required observations and assessments of the language abilities of the trainees.
