  This is a Compressed Natural Gas Project and have worked on 6 machines.Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities included preparation of QPA/ITP, Vendor Data Sheet Checking, commented on vendor drawings and coordinating with Vendors and Clients. Review Piping & Instrumentation diagram, General Arrangement Drawing, review all mechanical Items drawing & technical parameters & Co-ordinating with different suppliers and Complete with specific time period.Production responsibilities included provide managerial support to production manager on daily department operation, such as 5S, output and continuous improvement etc. Assist with the implementation of continuous improvement processes for efficiency to create a CNG BOOSTER COMPRESSOR.Erection and Commissioning responsibilities included Safely Loading & Unloading activities at site (for 3 Booster Compressors). Conducting FAT and SAT Test and Inspection Test for Approval of PESO Certification for CNG Booster Compressor. Performing startup activities of machine, Leak test perform (Oil, water & Gas), Bump checks of motors, Healthiness of CO2flooding system, Cooling circuit, etc along with erection and commissioning team, as per Client's requirements.
