I worked with Paul at Possis Medical during the early 2000's when we were struggling to bring the business to profitability. I was managing customer service and technical field support and I remember Paul as a very strong leader of his field sales team. He was very focused on the performance of his territory and achieved his objectives through skillful management of his staff.
