At Zipline, he took systems nobody was asking to change and made them the systems we actually needed. He made weird flights test happen, would take on major debugging efforts, and kept a fleet of test aircraft in great condition while also setting up software release systems and making sure all software that flies had the right artifacts associated with it. He's the embodiment of the get-it-done attitude and a forward thinker at the same time, all while being a super nice guy.
