  I, Pritha Gawande, writing to apply for the position of Assistant Professor of Marketing at an esteemed Institution. I am a graduate from MITSOM college, pune & have completed my MBA from Sinhgad Institute of Management, Pune in the field of Marketing. I am currently pursuing my PhD in the field of destination branding from Marwadi University, Rajkot. Over the past 5 years I have had vast teaching experience with 2 of the most reputed universities of Gujarat. I have taught a number of subjects in the field of marketing, Information System, Basic management subjects. I believe that my previous teaching experience, partnered with my research in marketing makes me a right candidate for the position. Prior to my academic career, I have an Industry experience too.   Projects: IMPS Enablement • Serves the goal of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in electronification of retail payments • Make payment simpler with the mobile number of the beneficiary • Facilitates mobile payment systems already introduced in India with the RBI Mobile Payment Guidelines 2008 RuPay Enablement • Card payment scheme launched by NPCI to fulfill RBI’s vision to offer a domestic, open-loop, multilateral system which will allow all Indian banks and financial institutions in India to participate in electronic payments. UPI (Unified payment Interface) • A system that powers multiple bank accounts into a single mobile application, merging several banking features, seamless fund routing & merchant payments into one hood.
