I have the pleasure of working with Priscilla for several years now, collaborating on several strategic initiatives. Her ability to handle multiple programmes and challenges while never losing sight of the bigger picture is unlike any I’ve seen before. Strategic accountabilities: • Multi-Cloud transformation (Azure, OCI, AWS): Responsible for the company wide transformation from an On-Premise Managed Service Provider to a Cloud Managed Service Provider, while shifting revenues reliance from concentrated key customers to a boarder customer base, creating a product company along the way • Enterprise Agility: With the vision of creating customer value by being able to address continuously unique challenges I held full responsibility for the blueprint, facilitated the design and mobilised the Enterprise Agility Programme to introduce a roadmap of changes. This was underpinned by simultaneous strategic top-down and tactical bottom-up initiatives to introduce a new organizational structure, operating model and changes in habit and behaviors. Functional accountabilities: • Build core delivery capabilities; Portfolio Management Office, Project Practice, Demand and Resource Management. • Continue transformation to build new value proposition and value chain for Customer Centre of Excellence, Data Analytics as a Service and Business Process Management as a Service. • Care take existing Service Management function.
