I am the Project administrator & Personal Assistant to CEO, responsible for project payments, drafting of contracts for all service providers including consultants. Managing the CEO’s diary, preparing presentations, setting up meeting, taking minutes at project meeting and following up on outstanding issues. Support the Project manage and head of department in preparing the quarterly reports, project completion reports and impact appraisals. Reconciliation of General Ledger against file information. Provide admin support and logistic support to CEO. Assist the Research team with budget and other logistic.I have more than ten years experience working in the administration/office management & finance position within the NGO sector. Served as the General Secretary for the Young Men’s Christian organization (YMCA) for a period of twelve (12) months reporting straight to the Board of Management. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the local office in Ga-Rankuwa, managing the biggest NGO employer in and around Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality with more than two hundred (200) employees. Some of the programs/projects include environmental projects such as Waste Management project funded by the Gauteng Provincial Department of Roads, Transport and Public works and Park development funded by the Environmental Affairs and Tourism which are both still operational.I thrive with excellence in what do and my career objective is to use my professional competence in contributing to the achievement of organizational goal through establishing and maintaining sound corporate administration, coupled with a high level of integrity and accountability through continuous professional development.
