Since working with Hugh and Principal IT, My IT problems have diminished to almost nothing. Before, we used to call our old Fort Lauderdale IT company several times a day with no feedback or help; Principal IT responds to our emails immediately, answers our calls, remotely connects to our machines, and fixes issues instantly. If a more significant problem, they send a tech on-site to pick up the device or handle the issue on-site. I would recommend this company to any business.
