  SMOODYPOD GROUP INTERNATIONAL CORP (SGRIC) is an umbrella company for a plethora of retail brands such as the SGI Design & Build. The Smoodyfruit company SGI Cinemas. This has been long coming, we have built up a reputation for delivering Cinemas in the West African space, and we have delivered over 46 screens for 2 major brands, like Filmhouse and Genesis Deluxe Cinemas, we have the expertise to implement and we have learnt to manage. So we are launching our own brand of Cinemas. SMOODYFRUIT COMPANY: A brand of packaged smoothies and flours We started this many years ago at Music festivals like Downloads and the Reading Festival, with the intention of promoting one of our inventions, but people liked our invention but loved our smoothies more, so we set about making them at an Industrial scale. So we went offshore to reduce costs and set up a Factory in Lagos. The festival market can't wait for the re-launch of our brand in packs. We have further continued our vision by creating a range of 'gluten-free' flours engineered for the 'free-form' market. THE AFRICAN FRUIT EXCHANGE: A hub for aggregating, fruits of and vegetables, solving the problem of rampant waste of harvest by African Farmers due to lack of refrigeration facilities. SGI - CASSAVA CHIPS : A hub for processing cassava into various forms for both retail and commercial purposes. We have taken possession of 55 hectares of land for this purpose, we also have both automobile and beverage alcohol in our sight. SGI-SIGNS. Over the years in the retail development space, we have found ourselves providing very much needed signage for our retail projects, so much that we have developed a very well efficient design and manufacturing service.   I was part a large construction development team created to build a portfolio of cinemas across Europe, we built cinemas in Spain,Portugal, Italy,Germany and the UK, in the process building largest group of cinemas in Europe. This was done in partnership with Village Roadshow,Australia. I was involved in the design, co-ordination , procurement and build of most the cinemas, working from concept stage to completion.
