During that time, I learned about workplace safety and health in QHSE Department. Key of responsibilities: - Conducted safety induction for visitor and new employee, safety talk/toolbox meeting to all employees every week, safety environment inspection every 2 weeks, controlled and inspected all work area every day. - Conducted inspection for fire extinguisher, all machines and tools related to HSE every week, monitored calibration schedule and checked first aid boxes. - Reviewed and evaluated HIRADC, made JSA, Standard Operation, Work Instruction and other documents related to HSE, prepared project tender documents and CSMS documents. - Distributed, controlled and proposed PPE purchases. Prepared materials for P2K3 meeting and created HSE report to Disnaker every 3 months. - Reported work accident and near miss and conducted 5R1S Program audit. Made HSE training plan and conducted training related to HSE. - As a document controller (HSE Document, external book, QMR/QHSE Document), as a first aider, and a fire fighter, as the main 5R1S Coordinator and a P2K3 secretaries.
