Matt is a pleasure to watch because not only does he leap over any hurdles set in front of him but he raises the bar while doing it, challenging his coworkers to be better and to pursue greatness. Matt has the uncanny ability to inspire you when you least expect it, it has been my great pleasure to learn from him during our time together at Redventures, and hope one day I can be half the leader he is.
