Our works mainly consist of weddings, couple, family, and maternity sessions. We called ourselves as a visual explorers, focusing on building a time machine of memories. While my partners are focusing on photography and research, I am working behind the desk by leading the whole team.   I must say, I learned a lot about start-up by working at Qraved.com as I joined in at very beginning, when everything started from scratch to current Qraved, the Indonesia’s leading food discovery platform, connecting over 20,000 restaurant venues in Jakarta, solving the problem of “what and where to eat” with mobile and web technology. I was responsible on leading and managing the operational development in Qraved from both sides, client and restaurant owner. I identify workflow (reservation is made by customer - got confirmation from restaurant - confirm to customer - customer coming to restaurant - reservation status is updated in Qraved) and design system. When review and complaint coming in, I would be monitoring it's well managed and addressed. To achieve that, I need a great team, thus I also assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating my team to ensure that they have the necessary skill base and are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to Qraved.
