Greeted Costumers as they entered the store, and directed those who were checking out to appropriate lanes and providing assistance when needed. Additionally I fixed shelves and stocked. My manager and I openly communicated throughout the day and discussed ways to increase our productivity during the busy holiday season. Communicating with costumers was a big part of the job, walking up and down the ailes providing help to those trying to find items. I was chosen to help with larger tasks by management like organizing the back rooms and taking calls from costumers.
