With the National Wildlife Federation, I researched existing water management structures at a multi-jurisdictional level to create recommendations for a management system that aims to reduce agricultural runoff and protect our freshwater resources. In doing so, I developed a deep understanding of the causes and effects of harmful algal blooms in the Lake Erie region.
